My name is Hannah. I am the founder of Soft Insights, a training company that helps businesses take their customer service soft skills to new heights. In case you are stopping by for the first time, I’ll tell you why I started my company and my blog. But first, I have a confession to make…
I have not written any well known thesis on customer service soft skills. In fact, I do not hold a PhD!
What I have is experience. Experience that spans more than 2 decades winning customers’ hearts in big corporations including a Fortune 500 company.
I am also licenced and certificated by some of the most incredible trainers in the world. Trainers who taught me all I need to know about customers and how to impart the knowledge.
I am now passionate about passing on my experience and creating a service excellence culture where businesses strive to WOW their customers. A culture where companies settle for nothing but the best for their customers.
I have worked with hundreds of customer service enthusiasts and business owners helping them turn their teams from “Oh my God! How do I deal with this situation?” to “Hey! This customer service thing is not so hard after all!”
